Terms of service
Last updated 10 August 2026
These terms apply when you use myReceets, which is operated by MYRECEETS Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the app you agree to them.
What the service does
myReceets reads the mailboxes you connect, identifies receipts and order confirmations, and shows you the return deadlines it can establish. It can also store receipts you add yourself, by hand or by photograph.
What it doesn't guarantee
Return windows are set by retailers, not by us. We show a deadline when the retailer states one in your receipt or publishes one in their policy, and we tell you when we don't know rather than guessing. Retailers change their policies, and exceptions apply to sale items, hygiene products and personalised goods.
Always check the retailer's own terms before relying on a date shown in the app. We are not liable for a return you were unable to make.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of the email account you sign in with. Tell us at support@myreceets.com if you think someone else has access to your myReceets account.
You must be 13 or over to use myReceets.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the service, access other people's data, scrape it, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
myReceets is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.
Ending it
You can disconnect an inbox or delete your account at any time from within the app. We may close an account that breaches these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a missed return deadline.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
